WE, as a team, will only achieve success by respecting every single contributing member to our team (players, technical staff, representatives of the team and parents). The opponent, the referee and the other team's fans (THEM) will be respected as they are stakeholders that are just as important to the game as our own members.

All of our training is rooted in years of experience managing professional teams in Spain. The most important objective of each individual training session is to develop the player's decision making abilities, with the ball as the main protagonist. We think that training the connection between Brain-Eye-Space-Ball is basic for a player
